It’s about working IN. Sustainable practice begins with patience, dedication and awareness to alignment, technique and breath. Every person can cultivate a physical and mindful practice that nourishes, supports and heals body and mind through all the phases of life.

Classes include mindful movement through Vinyasa, Restorative, Meditation and Therapeutics.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
8-week series

MBSR is the most scientifically researched and utilized mindfulness program in the world. This intensive program combines mindfulness meditation, movement, body-awareness practices and group processing with practical education about stress physiology. MBSR helps participants relate differently to stresses in their lives and offers the opportunity to cultivate resilience and emotional intelligence. The effects of MBSR is supported by 40 years of research indicating that those who complete the course decrease acute and chronic stress, alleviate physical and mental suffering and achieve a greater sense of awareness and enthusiasm for life.
